Walden provides our clients with an easy-to-administer aptitude test that in most cases take 60 minutes to complete. Tests may be taken online or on paper. In the case of online tests, the results are received via email usually within 5 minutes of completion.

The report provides a percentage test score, a rating that grades the candidate’s aptitude (above average to below average) and a recommendation and evaluation of the candidate’s potential for success.
